Natasha is a teacher who found her passion in outdoor education. Her writing focuses on natural learning, love of the outdoors, and an endless sense of wonder in this wild world.

Adventures in Writing
The Beginning
Natasha has always loved learning in nature. As a child, she was most at home near the ocean, by the river, or in the branches of a tree. Her teen years found her rock climbing, and hiking, and asking lots of questions about how to give back to the land she loves so much.
Professional Work
It’s no surprise that Natasha found her way into the world of outdoor education. She teaches in Outdoor Education programs for homeschooled kids from ages 5-16, and loves getting outside every day with kids.
Author Journey
Natasha's earliest journals are filled with poems about nature. Her desire to write picture books came into being when she was having a tough time finding the books she wanted for her classes.
